National Account Manager Retail Lead

As a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in retail sales, you will spearhead our sales efforts and nurture existing relationships with key retailers. Your strategic mindset and passion for our products will drive growth and make an impact on the educational toy and sports industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Leverage existing connections and networks to secure distribution deals with top retailers
  • Identify and prioritize key retail accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales representatives across the country on sales initiatives
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in the Toy or Sports apparel products industry
  • Extensive network and established relationships with top retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, etc
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products to retailers
  • Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual a Plus, and recent professional references must be available, including references from retailers and customers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
