Job Title: National Account Manager Retail

At Icon Sports Group, Inc., we're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our retail sales efforts. As a National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships and forging new partnerships with key retailers to expand our reach in the educational toy and sports industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Leverage existing connections and networks to secure distribution deals with top retailers
  • Identify and prioritize key retail accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales representatives across the country on sales initiatives
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in the Toy or Sports apparel products industry
  • Extensive network and established relationships with top retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, etc
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products to retailers
  • Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual a Plus, and recent professional references must be available
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
