Role Objective:

The Executive Administrator is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative assistance to the Chief Operations Officer. Key responsibilities encompass calendar management, travel coordination, document analysis, and research report preparation. We seek a proactive professional with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, who can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily calendar by arranging internal and external meetings, appointments, special events, and travel logistics
  • Address scheduling conflicts, prioritize requests, and confirm meeting details and expectations
  • Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, and various reports as required
  • Track project status and ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks
  • Manage incoming correspondence and requests, prioritizing urgent items
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant
