Position Overview

Salary: $75, commensurate with experience

Ideal Candidate:

As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the quality of our ABA services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in ABA, value collaboration, and have a genuine desire to make a significant impact within our growing agency.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing.
  • Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent qualifications.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality services to young children and adolescents.
  • Availability for center-based work.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise behavioral health technicians.
  • Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and VB-MAPP/AFLS.
  • Oversee treatment plans and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload, averaging 25 clients per week.
  • Deliver services in a center-based environment.
