Aspire is currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to enhance our expanding team of ABA professionals. We offer comprehensive paid training and professional mentorship for compassionate individuals aiming to start or advance their careers in ABA. This role is ideal for candidates who are currently enrolled in or have completed an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or Social Work, with a long-term aspiration to work in Applied Behavior Analysis. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about supporting children, innovative, energetic, eager to learn, and receptive to constructive feedback. Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting data collection, including progress documentation after each session.
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Utilizing strategies for reducing problematic behaviors.
  • Facilitating skill acquisition programs.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to pass all state and federal background checks, including child abuse and criminal record checks.
  • Certification as a Mandated Reporter.
  • Access to reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination or willingness to comply with testing requirements.
