ABOUT YOU:

As a Behavioral Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the high-quality ABA services we offer. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical ABA skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a genuine desire to make a significant impact within our expanding agency.

Who you are:

  • Possession of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing is highly preferred.
  • A Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic qualifications.
  • A strong passion and commitment to delivering quality services to young children and adolescents.
  • Availability for center-based services.

About the Role:

  • Supervise behavior health technicians.
  • Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and VB-MAPP/AFLS.
  • Oversee treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload, averaging 25 clients per week.
  • Provide services at our center.
