  • Assisting with wire transfers and asset management.
  • Providing support for account openings and client inquiries.
Location

This position is based in a vibrant business district.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in an office environment with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
