Job Overview

Hoxton Circle is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead our Western Region operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the monthly financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain accounting policies, including cash to GAAP conversion and inventory accounting.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP in all financial transactions.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with various levels of staff, from executives to operational teams.
  • Provide insights on financial performance and business challenges to senior management.
  • Support the annual audit process and assist with ERP system implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or working toward CPA certification preferred.
  • 5–6+ years of accounting experience, with hands-on exposure; private company experience strongly preferred.
  • Public/private mix with audit experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with different levels of staff.
