Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Western United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a strong preference
