Position Summary:

We are in search of a driven and seasoned High Volume Recruiter to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this capacity, you will be tasked with sourcing, engaging, and placing elite associate and senior-level candidates with our clientele. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to discover and attract potential candidates, utilizing online job boards, social media, networking opportunities, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and compatibility with client cultures.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and organizational ethos.
  • Deliver clients with insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to aid their recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with clients to guarantee a smooth recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Devise and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aimed at attracting high-quality associate and senior-level candidates.
  • Remain informed about industry best practices and trends to improve the recruitment process and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge, insights, and effective practices.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and encouraging team atmosphere.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain precise and current records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a recruitment consultant or talent partner.
  • Strong grasp of various industries and the requisite skill sets for different positions.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Awareness of employment laws and regulations.
  • Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous.
