About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Servicon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the performance of routine to complex tasks and projects
  • Ensure contracted service is delivered to client specifications and is the point of escalation for client questions and concerns
  • Lead contract renegotiations and actively seek new service opportunities
  • Ensure site staff and management understand and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and sanctioned manner
  • Recruit for site positions, including opening requisitions, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback and candidate selection input
  • Develop and guide employees, including corrective action and employee relations issues
  • Ensure payroll processes are completed for the portfolio, including reviewing and approving timesheets as necessary
  • Communicate and articulate safety and job-related training to service team members and managers
  • Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with leadership and build cross-functional department relationships centered on executing company strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related studies preferred
  • Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead a team
  • Willingness to work a variable work schedule, including day shifts, evening, and night shifts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage service execution and contract deliverables
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, Salesforce, Kronos/UKG, and similar corporate systems
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that aligns with company standards
  • Demonstrated experience working with union contracts
  • Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance or Live Scan (sector specific)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Ability to travel between local locations approximately 30-40%
