Solutions Architect

Your Role:

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role within our project teams, serving as one of the initial points of contact for our clients. To ensure our customers derive value from our platform, effective data ingestion is essential. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting the technical requirements from clients to ascertain what is necessary for successful integrations with their source systems, collaborating with them to develop optimal data pipelines. Additionally, you will facilitate discussions regarding user management and authentication, acting as a technical liaison to guarantee a seamless user adoption experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with enterprise clients throughout their customer value journey, leading the technical onboarding process for Celonis.
  • Engage in technical dialogues with clients to pinpoint essential system architecture elements; propose and assist clients in constructing solutions that facilitate deployments.
  • Establish real-time integrations with client source systems through APIs and Celonis's internal integration tools.
  • Guide clients on authentication and user/group management and provisioning solutions tailored for the Celonis platform.
  • Remove any technical obstacles to ensure user adoption of Celonis.
  • Develop best practices and frameworks that can be utilized both internally and externally to enhance the Celonis ecosystem.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to contribute to global initiatives within the services organization.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree (required) or a Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management with a strong customer-centric approach and a track record of successful client interactions.
  • Familiarity and enthusiasm for working with contemporary technology stacks and methodologies such as REST/SOAP API Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile, etc.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in data pipelines and ETL processes for handling large datasets.
  • Understanding of security and compliance considerations for enterprise applications.
  • A solution-focused professional who enjoys engaging in deep technical discussions while effectively communicating complex concepts to a wider audience.
  • Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
