Position Summary
The Enterprise Solutions Architect is tasked with conceptualizing, articulating, and advancing the enterprise architecture of the organization. This architecture encompasses vital enterprise components such as business workflows, strategic initiatives, value streams, data management, and the technologies that support them, along with their anticipated evolution over time.Key Responsibilities
- Assess and comprehend application, system, and solution requirements.
- Understand the integration of various solutions across the organization and recommend best practices for the seamless and secure operation of disparate systems.
- Evaluate systems for potential efficiency improvements, inconsistencies, and security vulnerabilities.
- Provide guidance on business architecture and systems processing.
- Ensure that the organization's objectives are met through effective Information Technology initiatives that prioritize efficiency and security.
- Develop compliance architecture methodologies, including data storage, metadata management, and change control processes.
- Formulate and execute strategies for build versus buy decisions, mentor team members, and align with the overarching business strategy.
- Design and construct database entity-relationship diagrams, program essential logic, and develop key program classes.
- Lead and support the maintenance and troubleshooting of ongoing projects.
- Gather system and user requirements for new business applications and solutions.
- Design and create user interfaces for internet/intranet applications by determining design methodologies, selecting programming languages and software products, and conducting tests.

- Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and designing enterprise-level software using a comprehensive development life cycle.
- Familiarity with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to produce clear and effective documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Skills in graphics and interface design.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
Educational Background
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Compensation Information
New York Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000.
The actual salary offered will be contingent upon various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, relevant experience, educational background, certifications, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will perform the job. This role is classified as exempt, meaning it is not eligible for overtime pay.
