Role Summary

We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Solutions Architect to become a vital member of our Customer Success team. This position is crucial for designing and executing intricate solutions tailored to the diverse requirements of our large enterprise clients, especially within the banking sector.

Your Contributions
  • Engage directly with clients to comprehend their business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Design and architect comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly with clients' existing infrastructures, focusing on backend, frontend, mobile, and database elements.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions from conception to production.
  • Provide expert advice and leadership in solution design, utilizing Java or .NET frameworks.
  • Promote best practices in software development and architecture, including microservices and containerization with Kubernetes.
  • Participate in pre-sales initiatives, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal crafting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the banking domain, to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with extensive expertise in Java or .NET environments.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions for large enterprises, with a thorough understanding of enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, ideally end-to-end, covering all components (backend, frontend, mobile, and databases).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultancy skills, capable of engaging in client-facing roles and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking ecosystem and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
