This position will require onsite presence at our facility in the Detroit metro area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for talent acquisition on all levels, ensuring our talent pipeline aligns with our company intention, purpose, and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with hiring managers and supervisors to understand their recruitment needs and develop a strategy to find suitable candidates.
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process, including preparing employment advertisements, routing position requisitions, administering online assessments, and conducting interviews.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screens, assessments, and video or in-person interviews.
- Build a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and strategic planning.
- Source potential candidates through online channels and professional networks.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at events to market the company and our opportunities.
- Report on recruitment functions within the ATS to determine previous workflow and sourcing.
- Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Understand the urgency of filling positions with quality hires.
Requirements:
- Two years of call center licensed agent or complex credentialed hiring experience.
- Consistently meeting hiring targets.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
- Flexible availability with the working schedule, including weekends, holidays, and weekly events.
- Prior event planning experience preferred.
- Skilled at matching candidates to the right career to ensure retention and growth.
- Enthusiastically engage with community partners.
- Computer proficiency with applications.
- Confidence in hiring techniques.
- Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
