Position Overview

Equinox is seeking a Front Desk Manager on Duty to contribute to the Equinox experience at our premier location. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and evolving organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Coaching and leading a team effectively
  • Assisting the Front Desk Manager with hiring, training, and supervising staff
  • Professionally welcoming members and guests
  • Scanning membership IDs
  • Handling phone inquiries
  • Updating member accounts
  • Maintaining a tidy lobby area
  • Availability for opening shifts
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Dependable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and personable
  • Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports
