Job Summary

The Director of Guest Services is a key leadership role at Grand Pacific Resorts, responsible for overseeing the front office operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Respond to and resolve guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, facilities, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures, and remain knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a guest-facing front office capacity, with 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong customer service focus, results-driven, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work well in a diverse team environment.
  • Ability to provide on-the-job training and lead by example.
  • Capable of working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
