Job Overview

As a member of the beauty team, you will play a dual role-part artist, part teacher. Your primary responsibility will be to build long-lasting relationships with customers who share a passion for the latest cosmetics, beauty, and fragrance trends.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Greet customers in-store, suggest new styles, and check-in later to invite them to exclusive events and promotions.
  • Sales Performance: Set and exceed company and personal sales goals while supporting team goals.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
  • Event Execution: Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
  • Team Support: Be a great team player by contributing to department readiness, including stocking, re-merchandising, display, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.
