We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Cosmetic Clinic Support Specialist at Resurrect Skin MD in Dallas, TX. This part-time position (20-24 hours per week) offers a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year and the opportunity to become full-time.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinic. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cosmetic Clinic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival
  • Gathering requisite patient information and placing it in charts and entering it into the computer
  • Escorting patients to exam rooms and maintaining exam rooms between patients
  • Checking patients out and collecting all fees as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products
  • 2 years of experience in a medical office or medical spa setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
