As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Executives, coaching, consulting, and developing them to help reinforce our Kemper Auto Sales model. Your responsibilities will include guiding the sales team to execute on and accomplish defined objectives, as well as overseeing the hiring, training, and development of sales employees. If you have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the P&C industry, and are proficient in commercial auto lines, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You must possess effective communication skills, flexibility, and be a highly motivated self-starter. You will be required to possess knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, marketing, and product. You will also be required to manipulate, segment, and interpret report data through spreadsheets. As a remote role, you will be responsible for regularly traveling within the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area. We offer a competitive salary range of $87,400 to $150,200, with an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.
