About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Lake Saint Louis location. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients in our target market through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Adjuster Meetings: Attend meetings with adjusters to discuss project details and facilitate client relationships.
  • Sales Appointments: Conduct sales appointments, perform roof inspections, or coordinate inspections with project managers, and finalize contracts.
  • Customer Payments: Facilitate customer payments and submit job orders for construction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Nurture client relationships and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to establish and meet business objectives through acquiring new clientele, fostering networking connections, and implementing effective roofing industry strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
