Lead Outside Sales Representative Job Description

As a Lead Outside Sales Representative at Summit Business Group, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals, driving business growth through effective sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership skills, experience, and passion for sales to make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Train and mentor new sales agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (10+ years)
  • Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of achieving results
