Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating clinic schedules, and utilizing our computer systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments as directed and make schedule adjustments as necessitated by the patient's condition.
  • Coordinate Clinic Schedules: Coordinate clinic schedule to determine availability for appointments.
  • Utilize Computer Systems: Use SMC and SCI computer systems efficiently and effectively. Able to learn new computer applications as they evolve.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience as an Intake Coordinator.
  • EPIC Experience: EPIC experience is required.
  • Scheduler Experience: Scheduler/familiar with clinic intake operations.
