Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at LindenGrove Communities. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient access to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all admissions activities for pre-admit and face-to-face registration of patients.
  • Facilitate patient access to our system by securing demographic and financial information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify insurance coverage and handle cash deposits.
  • Provide coverage for breaks, lunches, and gaps in schedules as needed.
  • Interview patients or their representatives to obtain necessary admission information.
  • Attend to administrative needs of patients and families.
  • Perform cashier duties and prepare batching for data processing.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and handle other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with patients and their families with sensitivity.
