Account Growth Specialist

The Account Growth Specialist plays a pivotal role in expanding ResortPass's hotel partnerships by identifying opportunities and generating new leads through outreach and networking within the hospitality industry. This individual will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. They will work closely with the sales and account management team to build a pipeline of leads and foster relationships with key decision-makers at individual hotels within the assigned territory and with corporate-level brands and management companies.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new hotel leads and contacts within the assigned territory, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Utilize a modern, multi-channel approach to generate new opportunities and create an efficient, process-driven buying experience for prospects.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities using standard forecasting practices and sales techniques.
- Develop a strong network within the hotel industry, leveraging relationships to drive growth and expansion.
- Acquire a deep knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry and the ResortPass product to effectively educate prospects and create partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with a bonus for time spent selling in the hospitality industry or at a fast-growing marketplace startup.
- Energetic and highly motivated individual with a drive to succeed and grow in their sales career.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Suite, Zoom, Zoominfo, Clay, and others.
- Action-oriented, with a focus on making things happen and seeking help when needed.
