About the Role

Flowcode is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders at partner companies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our product adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner companies
  • Work closely with our CEO, CRO, product, finance, and strategy teams to understand trends, analyze customer insights, and scope new opportunities for growth
  • Use strong analytical thinking and creativity to ideate new use cases, value propositions, business models, and ways of expanding product adoption
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and close deals to successful completion
  • Translate long-term business goals into tangible OKRs and maintain a clear strategic vision
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability in a sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or market expansion role
  • Experience in a consumer-facing startup, preferably in a consumer SaaS platform or data products
  • Strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills, with the ability to source data and derive insights that drive influence
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
  • A demonstrated level of interest and initiative to drive growth and take on new challenges
