About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our Field Sales Team in the Huntsville, AL area. As a Sales Professional, you will serve as a technical sales expert, developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling preventative maintenance contracts, and providing recommendations for service and repair work for HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales colleagues, the parts team, and our technicians in an assigned territory.
- Meet sales goals by developing existing customers and prospecting new business opportunities.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customers' operations, understand their challenges, and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare and present technical sales proposals, including cost estimates, pricing quotations, and utilization of tools and resources to assist in sales efforts.
- Conduct tests and surveys to identify the need for product alterations or development of new products.
- Analyze products and selling techniques to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
- HVAC industry experience is a plus.
- Experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts.
- Valid driver's license.
