Job Overview

HR Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of experience in the tech services or consulting industry, supporting C-level executives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements. They will also be instrumental in coordinating special projects, events, and activities as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite, and have experience working across different time zones and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the CEO's priorities and related meetings.
  • Review the list with the CEO on a regular basis to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Optimize the CEO's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and improved time management.
  • Arrange travel plans, logistics, and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Coordinate with the travel and facilities team to ensure all logistics are in place before the CEO's visit.
  • Prepare expense reports and maintain accurate records of expenses.
  • Coordinate special projects, events, and activities as needed.

Requirements:

  1. At least 14 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the tech services or consulting industry.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  5. Experience working across different time zones and geographies.
  6. Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
