Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Superior Siding and Roofing. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including answering incoming calls, completing service requests, and maintaining customer files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Complete service call requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties, including invoicing and accounts payable
  • Prepare payroll and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
