As a Sales Growth Consultant at SalesPlaybook AG, you will help DACH B2B Startups and Professional Service Firms build and scale sales quickly. Your objective is to deliver bespoke services that drive results.

You will work with committed founders to solve their sales challenges, leveraging the SalesPlaybook methodology and process. This role requires a hands-on professional at the intersection of B2B Sales and Marketing, creating impact not just paper tigers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored outbound strategies for clients.
  • Enable sales engines and ensure clients generate qualified leads.
  • Contribute to improving the SalesPlaybook methodology, blueprint, and process.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in B2B Startup (SaaS) Sales and/or Professional Service Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Project management and delivery experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
