Automation Systems Technician

Position: Automation Technician
At NEFF Expansion PA LLC, we prioritize exceptional customer service. Our Automation Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and innovative solutions. This position involves collaborating with various team members to deliver high-quality assembly projects while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
- Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
- Engage in design discussions and project initiation meetings.
- Estimate labor requirements for assembly tasks.
- Utilize design documentation to construct and test projects according to specifications.
- Travel to project sites as necessary to provide support for installations.
- Document and communicate project details and progress to clients and sales teams.
- Contribute to the assembly and delivery of pneumatic systems and 80/20 projects.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Ability to operate basic measuring instruments.
- Strong computer skills are preferred.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
Education and Experience
- A relevant associate degree or 3-5 years of experience in technical, electrical, pneumatic, or control systems.
