Position Overview:

Working within a vibrant team environment, you will assist our national customer base by delivering innovative solutions to a variety of incoming inquiries, equipped with intelligent support applications and the skills acquired through a comprehensive training and development program.
Our Customer Support Representatives ensure Guardian customers have a positive experience by effectively handling inquiries related to security products, alarm monitoring services, home automation, billing, account questions, and retention scenarios.
Customer Support Representatives deliver tier one technical assistance, collaborating with technical support specialists to resolve complex issues or arrange technician visits.
Foster strong client relationships by proactively reaching out to ensure installations and service calls meet expectations.
Promote and upsell products/services to both existing and potential customers.
Qualifications:
Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not mandatory if you can showcase outstanding customer service skills. Share your story with us; we want to hear it.
Proficient with technology - Ability to navigate computer applications with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
Effective Communicators - Passionate about your work and eager to share that enthusiasm.
Soft skills proficiency - A friendly and competent communication style that conveys troubleshooting solutions and consistently earns customer loyalty. Capable of independent thinking and multitasking.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
This position is within a highly regulated industry and requires successful completion of a drug test and thorough background screening.
