Job Title: Manager

We are a leading provider of specialized fund administration services for private equity managers and general partners. Our team offers a unique blend of expertise and technology to help our clients navigate the complexities of fund administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the setup of wires for investments and distributions
  • Monitor cash flows and respond to technical LP questions
  • Prepare 1099s through the Tax1099.com system
  • Manage journal entries in Quickbooks, Allvue, and other GL platforms
  • Apply US GAAP concepts, including partnership accounting
  • Manage preparation of financial statements and capital calls
  • Apply fund accounting software to book journal entries and upload capital call and distribution notices
  • Review monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Guide and direct junior staff through accounting processes
  • Develop record-keeping systems and accounting processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Three years of experience in fund administration, treasury management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Allvue, and other GL platforms
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP concepts and partnership accounting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
