Position Summary:

This role is part of our Business Planning team, which focuses on enabling clients' missions by creating durable profit growth through high-impact monetization strategies, packaging, and pricing. Our team is responsible for delivering high-impact monetization strategies, packaging, and pricing to create durable profit growth for clients. We work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support launches and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Launch Support: Provide dedicated launch assistance, including launch prioritization, escalations, data auditing and validation, and pricing verification.
  2. Launch Operational Process and Stakeholder Support: Assist with launch operational processes, such as Control Tower card updates, Change Requests, pre-production ICM creation and updates, Change Summary validations, and the exception process.
  3. Meeting Coordination and Support: Facilitate meeting coordination for cross-functional stakeholder meetings, wallows (reviews) with leadership, and team syncs.
  4. Team Enhancements, Improvements, and Special Projects: Follow new developments, share best practices, and support the coordination of strategic team initiatives.
  5. Project & Review Tracker Updates: Help create and update projects and flag when topics are ready to be scheduled for a review.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of project management experience.
  2. PMI Certification required.
  3. Proficiency in Ms Office.
  4. Strong cross-team/group/org collaboration skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills.
  6. Minimum 5 years experience with project management.
  7. Minimum 5 years experience with strong analytical skills and prior experience working with large data sets.
  8. Minimum 5 years experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience working with external vendors.
  9. Years of Experience Required: At least 10 overall years of experience in the field.
  10. Degrees or certifications required: PMI certification required.
  11. Disqualifiers: Candidates without PMI certification and don't meet the hard skills requirements will not be eligible for the role.
  12. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree preferred.
  2. Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of client's products/services/applications.
  3. Knowledge/background in the Industry and/or Healthcare space.
  4. Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
  5. High-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
