  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive proactive planning and flawless execution.
  • Support planning across multiple product organizations, ensuring roadmaps and timelines are aligned.
  • Execute rhythm of the business activities, including preparation of materials, status updates, and scorecards.
  • Establish or enhance project processes, routines, and reporting to ensure effective management.
  • Manage and track alignment with partner teams on critical project deliverables.
  • Identify and implement knowledge management tools and sites to cultivate and share team knowledge.
  • Own acceptance and criteria for building out and/or creating Dashboards and Reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years' experience in product management or equivalent combinations of marketing product management, program management, project management.
  • 3+ years' experience with requirement elicitation and distilling complex business requirements.
  • 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years' experience working with Engineering teams to ensure they understand product requirements.
  • Knowledge of various analysis techniques, including gap analysis, system design diagrams, business workflows, and use case diagrams.
  • Proficient with client's PPT, Teams, Visio, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering cross-functional programs, including accountability and driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Product Owner Certifications.
  • Design skills, including creating beautiful layouts, UX designs, and UX tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of basic AI concepts, including LLM's, Client, prompt Engineering, etc.
  • Experience with developing and implementing organizational frameworks, standards, and processes.
