This role will involve managing the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to close, with a focus on estimating and selling siding projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting to our Redmond office daily, using provided leads to book sales calls, and managing sales ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 with a typical monthly production of around $250,000.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Report to the Redmond office daily and maintain accurate records
  • Use provided leads to book two sales calls per day for estimating and presenting siding projects
  • Manage sales ranging from $20K to $100K with typical monthly production around $250K
  • Sell estimate and close deals on siding projects (no cold calling)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction


Compensation and Perks:




  • Commission structure: 7% of gross sales
  • Company-provided vehicle, laptop, phone, and gas card
  • Expected earnings: $70,000 per year
