Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:
Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our logistics projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project updates, status reports, and issue resolution.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or Scrum Master role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Trello, Jira, and MS Project.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
