Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Retail Associate to join our team at a luxury fashion brand in Greenwich, CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the store's overall revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
  • Assist in tracking and communicating business results to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image
  • Implement and maintain merchandising directives to company standards
  • Monitor and maintain the organization and upkeep of the store

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience with a high-end or luxury fashion brand
  • Proficiency in POS and Excel
  • Availability to work full-time hours
  • Strong customer focus and team player skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
