Job Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Sinclair Systems International LLC, you will play a critical role in managing the company's accounts receivable revenue cycle. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and receipts posting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and forward accurate A/R invoices and credits to customers daily.
  • Apply A/R cash receipts daily to the customer ledger.
  • Review customer label orders that have gone on order hold due to credit reasons. Provide recommendation, release from order hold, or seek additional approval, as necessary.
  • Generate and review monthly AR statements and forward to customers. Generate, review, and forward additional statements as necessary.
  • Research and resolve A/R issues with customers and other departments via written and verbal communication.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable aging for delinquent balances and contact customers as necessary.
  • Assist with monthly ledger close process & reporting.
  • Keep an open-mind and continually analyze our processes for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Technology proficient.
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with internal resources and customers alike.
  • Assists with special projects, as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
