Senior Account Manager

At Corteva Agriscience, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager - Crop Protection Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is focused on implementing the direct technical process with selected Strategic Accounts within the Corteva Crop Protection group.
The ideal candidate will establish a sustainable business relationship with In-House grower PCAs and Independent PCAs, conducting business analysis of assigned grower accounts and executing comprehensive call strategies in collaboration with the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precision agronomy and communicate product knowledge to customers
- Negotiate and coordinate value proposition delivery to meet assigned unit and revenue targets
- Develop a value proposition to assist growers in achieving higher productivity
- Lead the coordination of the support and sales teams to deliver on business needs analysis
- Coordinate customer activities to provide support and strengthen relationships
- Support the invoices process to all assigned accounts
- Coordinate the delivery of precision agronomy, product knowledge, and agronomic service
- Demonstrate the ability to increase penetration by calling on prospects to build relationships that lead to new revenue opportunities
- Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the organization on product performance, program effectiveness, and competitive activity
