The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They will ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, monitor and analyze operational performance, and identify areas for improvement.

The General Manager will manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. They will resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise and prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Key qualifications for this role include proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar operational leadership role, a strong understanding of the tank and transportation industry, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.

This role will work core business hours Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p. Generally, no travel is expected. The position pays a competitive base salary and includes medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a Simple plan with an employer match.
