At FXI, we are seeking a skilled Pourline Manager to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of high-quality foam products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and quality standards.
- Lead a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Monitor and control production processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and foam production techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
