About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team at RAI Technologies. The ideal candidate will have the capability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, including running errands, conducting research, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to upper management, including scheduling, correspondence, and managing specific requests.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Research and Documentation: Conduct accurate research and document information, ensuring the reliability of data and reports.
  • Errands and Tasks: Run errands for the office as needed, demonstrating reliability and time management skills.
  • Project Management: Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects with a proactive approach, assisting various departments as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Document Management: Electronic uploading and management of documents.
Required Skills:
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.

  • Online Meeting Tools: Familiarity with online meeting tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
