We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at CDG, Inc. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the production of specifications and control documents, contract administration, and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Production of Specifications & Control Documents: Assist in standardizing non-technical content, ensuring all contract administration documents are accurate and meet company standards.
- Contract Administration & Documentation: Assist in the preparation and administration of UST (Underground Storage Tank) contracts, as well as maintaining correspondence, project reports, and other related documents.
- Process Management: Compile, review, and submit cost proposals, payment requests, and invoices related to UST trust fund work.
- Client and State Interaction: Regularly interact with state and client websites or payment portals, ensuring all project-related information is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support Project Reporting: Provide administrative support for project reports, correspondence, and contracts as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborative Work Environment: Operate in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to team efforts and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word: Proficiency in using these tools for document creation, data management, and reporting.
- Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills: Ability to review, analyze, and organize data efficiently, with attention to detail.
- Ability to Manage Tasks Independently: Work well under pressure and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
- Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively within a team and supporting various departments.
