Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at West Advanced Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and deploy Windows 10 professional desktop and laptop PCs.
  • Install and troubleshoot software and PC peripherals, including webcams, printers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Support Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions, with experience in MS 365 a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM to image PCs and deploy software.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and ability to update account settings and add users to groups.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Utilize good organizational skills, planning, and record-keeping, with experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and application problems for networked and stand-alone computer systems and networked resources.
  • Second-Level Help Desk experience.
  • Valid California Driver's License required.
