Immediate Openings:
Sales Manager/Private Event Manager
In this position, you will:
- Enhance sales through proactive outreach to targeted businesses, organizations, associations, and event planning for groups of 15 or more in the designated restaurant.
- Document all prospects, contacts, accounts, and booking details in the CRM (Tripleseat) and input basic reservation information in Open Table for parties exceeding 15.
- Maintain weekly updates and details on current leads via Tripleseat, converting those leads into bookings, accounts, and contacts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all group clients, ensuring the completion of event details and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the booking process to secure client signatures on CRM-generated contracts and event order forms to confirm reservations. Update documents and Operations with any changes.
- Develop quarterly sales strategies and cultivate new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones within their restaurant. Manage the full sales cycle, adhering to proper accounting practices.
- Understand and communicate the business on a weekly basis, with the ability to forecast three months ahead.
- Participate in all company-related training sessions, including weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
Collaborate with the General Manager and restaurant to:
- Source, plan, and implement local marketing initiatives.
- Create profitable bookings using yield management and other tools to make informed business decisions.
- Drive overall customer traffic.
Attend networking events and other public engagements as a brand ambassador, building relationships with individuals and corporations to boost sales and increase revenue.
Uphold company values of integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service by engaging with guests in a courteous manner, being punctual for appointments, returning calls promptly, and adhering to all business etiquette.
Effectively schedule and be present for all guest site tours, maintaining communication with the restaurant management team.
Availability to host in-store marketing events and participate in Live Chat sessions 3-4 times a month.
Must be on-site at the home restaurant a minimum of 5 days a week and available to work the necessary hours to fulfill all duties and responsibilities promptly.
Other responsibilities as assigned by GM, AD, and DOS.

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of sales or relevant experience.
- Experience in the Restaurant / Attraction industry preferred.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
Computer Skills: Must possess strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage paperwork, accounting procedures, multitasking, and maintaining a high level of organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office applications; experience with Tripleseat and Open Table preferred.
