Job Overview


Acts as a key resource in providing shared service support to team members by addressing inquiries and concerns.

Offers a comprehensive range of human resources administrative functions to support vendor relationships and business operations.

Responsible for the daily management of various human resources functions related to Total Rewards, Talent Development, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities


Handles routine inquiries within the HR functional area from vendors, team members, and managers regarding diverse HR matters to ensure effective case resolution.

Conducts research, gathers, and analyzes data, and recommends and implements approved HR procedures and practices that enhance the delivery of effective HR support to the organization.

Collaborates with colleagues to execute tasks and meet key deliverables within the HR functional areas, fostering credibility.

Works efficiently with team members in the functional areas, seeking input and assistance as necessary.
Maintains high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional areas of responsibility. Complies with all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional areas.
Accurately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system.
Projects a positive, professional, customer-oriented image of the organization. Strives to achieve results and favorable outcomes for the HR functional teams and the customers at all times.

Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and municipal laws.

Understands HIPAA policies and practices to safeguard confidential employee information.

Aims to gather and disseminate information to facilitate transparent knowledge transfer and enhance the overall capability of the HR functional team.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to HR processes and coordinates with HR and HRSS teams on outsourced processes.
Supports vendor relationships with business partners and manages vendor performance programs.
Addresses escalated situations tactfully, making decisions based on data and quality metrics while collaborating with the business.
Participates in internal and external meetings as required.

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.

Experience in providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Experience in coordinating and scheduling multiple events simultaneously.

Basic Internet Explorer skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using search engines, bookmarking sites, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out online forms.

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate environment OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in an administrative capacity.

Experience with Visio.
One year of experience in a corporate human resources setting.
