Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interact with potential consumers by educating them on products and services provided by our clients.
  2. Build imperishable relationships with customers through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  3. Participate in regular meetings with the Client Support Specialist team to construct strategies for achieving customer acquisition standards and sales goals.
  4. Attend training sessions on new products, services, or sales promotions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-centric role is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A College Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and aptitude for taking on multiple responsibilities with versatility.
