Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Apex Fintech Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback from senior level client contacts. You will have the opportunity to impact on our business by effectively managing all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, metrics, and business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Building relationships by engaging with senior level client contacts on a regular basis.
  • Delivering a continuous flow of business-building ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback.
  • Helping us learn and adapt by bringing brokerage product knowledge and experience to streamline processes and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Following policies and procedures to set up customers for success, working with clients and our business partners in a wide range of areas such as onboarding, trade capture/processing, performance tracking, margin/risk, compliance, and billing.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • 5-8 years of financial services, client support, or account management experience in a related field or environment preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 preferred at time of hire (otherwise, candidates required to obtain within 90 days of initial employment).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.

Ambitious Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
