Client Success Advocate

Aperia Compliance is an innovative organization that is always looking for ways to improve and expand its services. We are seeking a client support specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience working with innovative technologies.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver value.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients to ensure they maximize their benefits from Aperia software products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues and technical challenges to maintain a seamless experience.
- Stay up to date with product information, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Impeccable attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
- Understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Office 365 including SharePoint.
This is a remote-friendly position with the option to work remotely on a permanent basis or work out of our Dallas office. Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
